Don’t make this mistake: not being willing to invest in your dreams. Join us in Asheville, North Carolina from August 13th-15th for our first ever GET ROOTED WORKSHOP.

We’ve all been in that place of “the beginning” that felt like we were in a rut and it’s just taking forever to capture our ideal client. Just casually scrolling through our instagram feed drooling over the creativity and beauty that other florists are designing while we are sitting here in our grey carpeted cubicle with concrete floors wishing for a breakthrough in our dreams to actually become our lifestyle.

Before you can make any money doing what you love, you have to be willing to invest into that thing you love. You can’t make a single dollar unless you invest those dollars into being successful. Why are we so hesitant to invest in ourselves, but so desperate for others to invest in us?

SAMPLE SCHEDULE

Day 1

noon: arrival, lunch (all dietary needs met), get to know each other

1pm: talk with Katelyn about branding, SEO + exposure, social media, pricing, taxes, color theory, client interactions, planning out a wedding, styled shoots, and mood boards (enjoy snacks and mimosas)

6:30pm: Dinner (all dietary needs met if mentioned beforehand)

7:30pm: Free time! Rest, ask us questions, hang out in the hot tub, sit by the fire

Day 2

8:00am: Breakfast (all dietary needs met) coffee, tea, mimosas

9:00am: hands on to create bouquets —(talk how we approach floral design, floral recipes, choosing a color pallet, overview of how we create our bouquets

noon: lunch (all dietary needs met)

1pm: styled shoot with large scale installation

6:30pm: dinner

7:30pm: Free time! Rest, ask us questions, hang out in the hot tub, sit by the fire

Day 3

8:00am: Breakfast (all dietary needs met) coffee, tea, mimosas

9:00am: group chats with florists — ask any other questions you might have

10:00am: pack up

10:30am: goodbyes!

11:00am: check out
